Corporate/Lesiure Travel Consultants


We have an exciting opportunity for Travel Consultants to join Club Travel! Applicants must be organised, industry aware and have a passion for learning and developing.


Key Responsibilities

• Providing Travel Management Services to our client base

• Booking Flights, Hotels, Car Hire, Rail and other services as required

• Conversing with our clients by phone and email

• Liaise with your manager to discuss complications, developments and sales

• Advise current and prospective clients about destination options


The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus

• At least 18 months experience in travel

• Passion for Travel, personal travel experiences advantageous

• A strong client focus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Fluent English

• Ability to work under pressure

Leisure Travel Agent (Portuguese)


We’re looking for an experienced Travel Agent to join our team and become a crucial element in our success. The ideal candidate will have some travel experience under his or her belt and be familiar with long haul destinations particularly South America. We offer some on-the-job training, but we need someone who can start performing on day one.


Key Responsibilities

• Booking Flights, Hotels, Car Hire, Rail and other services 

• Conversing with your client face to face and by phone and email 

• Advise current and prospective clients about destination options, including pros and cons of each 

• Resolve scheduling conflicts and other issues arise

• Liaise with your manager to discuss complications, developments and sales 


The Ideal Candidate

• 1+ years’ experience in a leisure travel agency 

• Familiarity with long haul destinations. 

• Familiarity with Amadeus GDS a plus (will train if necessary) 

• Extensive personal travel experience 

• Fluent English and Portuguese essential 

• Availability to work full time in Ireland

Brazilian Programmes Operator


We have an exciting opportunity for a Brazilian Programmes Operator. The desired candidate must be motivated, organised, enthusiastic and be able to work independently with instruction to develop an English Language Programme for the Brazilian Market. Building customer relationships, identify business opportunities, close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.


Key Responsibilities

• Promotion and selling of English language courses to the Brazilian market.

• Proactively identify market opportunities and threats, propose appropriate reaction plans

• Ensure full compliance with all required legislation and internal policies and procedures

• Liaising with partners (Schools/Accommodation/ Insurance etc)

•Assisting, implementing and reporting on Online Marketing Campaigns.

•Creating social media ad campaigns and posts on relevant social media platforms

Promotional Marketing Executive


Club Travel are currently looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Promotional Marketing Executive.

This is a full time temporary position.


The Role

• To prepare and deliver presentations on the J1 visa programme for the USA to groups at Universities, Colleges, Career Fairs and other marketing events.

• To liaise with college staff to schedule on campus attendance.

• To be aware of and counteract competitive promotion on various campuses in relation to all work & travel programmes.

• To organise the distribution of flyers and posters effectively on college campuses.

• To organise additional staff (when required) to assist with promotional activity on campus. To be aware of upcoming events on campus and seek out potential marketing opportunities.

• To report regularly on all activities to the dept supervisor.

• Sales and admin office work when not out on campus.


The Ideal Candidate

• Marketing, Media or Tourism Degree Qualification preferred.

• Have been on a J1 visa while in college.

• Willingness to commute to different colleges throughout the city and occasionally outside Dublin. (Expenses paid)

• High energy levels.

• Outgoing personality and a pro-active attitude, and enjoy meeting new people.

• Excellent presentation skills and experience delivering presentations.

• Flexibility in hours.

BudgetAir Trainee Assistant


Here at Club Travel we are seeking a trainee travel agent to join our BudgetAir team!


The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced and confident in dealing with the public

• Hard working, flexible and enthusiastic about working in Travel

• Fluent in English (written and oral)

• Team player

• Preference will be given to applicants who have completed a recognised Travel and/or   Tourism qualification but other 3rd level qualified applicants will be considered.

• Knowledge of destinations, geography and first-hand travel experiences is an advantage

• GDS experience beneficial 



• Processing bookings that have been made online via 

• Issuing tickets and forwarding to passengers

• Manage calls/emails requesting date/route changes and cancellations 

• Liaise with your manager to discuss complications, developments and sales
