Good communication skills, product knowledge and a love of travel are pre-requirements.  Salary - negotiable based on experience. Business Sales Executive with Brazillian Portuguese

Since the last years the company has built a large market with Brazilians nationals offering a competent and efficient service in Brazilian Portuguese language, in the face of this market that increases our incomes


In the face of this market that increases our incomes we are looking for an experienced Business Sales Executive with Brazilian Portuguese.

Business Sales Executive with Brazilian Portuguese you will make and receive calls from our customers and provide them our services and quality in travel management.  The ideal candidate will have strong sales DNA, be results-driven, execution-focused and customer-oriented.


You are the right person for this role if you are proactive, motivated, organized, responsible and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment. This role requires excellent sales and communications skills as well as effective relationship-building talents. Beyond that, we are seeking experience in territory management with deliverables every month as well as a strong background in sales with a track record of exceeding targets, preferably in telesales, new customer acquisition and/or business development.


The role involves actively leading project meetings, monitoring the progress of the project tasks and providing update statuses. The candidate is also responsible for the coordination of testing and implementation of the project and will be expected to work on several projects at one time.


Responsibilities / Main Accountabilities / Key Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities and channels to market to Brazilian Nationals

Strategically position our travels service and solutions, value proposition and benefits

Collaborate with Digital Marketing Team in the pursuit of excellent ROI and results

Excellent at engaging with prospects, and assessing their needs and budgets

Modify customer engagement to overcome objections and close sales

Efficiency and expertise in the use of a Global GDS system (preferably Amadeus) and Iata Fares and ticketing

Handling all aspects of booking, changes and ticket re-issues and refunds via the GDS

Advising on visa requirements and restrictions on Airlines and transfer points

Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets monthly and quarterly on revenue, conversion & other related KPIs 


Knowledge/Experience/ Specific Qualifications / Skills:

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented individual, with a great knowledge and background in the Travel Industry to drive sales and maximise our market share.


The qualifications, skills, knowledge or experience required for this job are;


-      Extensive Travel Sales experience with a minimum of 5 years in a senior position

-      New customer acquisition and/or business development experience.

-      Fluency in written and oral communication in Brazilian-Portuguese

-      Good level of sales aptitude (negotiation & closing) with relentlessly high standards

-      Previous experience in identifying target markets and sales channels via Digital and Social Media

-      Hard knowledge and minimum 5 years experience using a Global GDS and preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo.  Applicant will be required to pass our GDS competency tests.-      Target driven and proven self-starter with ability to deliver on initiatives without constant supervision

-      Coachability, openness to feedback and dedication to consistent self-improvement

-      Third level qualification / Degree - Business, Sales or Marketing related

-      Experience of working in an OTA environment and /or Corporate Travel related business

-      Experience Required: 8+ years relevant experience in Tourism Industry.
