Office Based (Club Travel)

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Ethiopian speaking Travel Agent Trainee to join our busy office-based team at Club Travel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to begin a career in travel, with full training provided. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and spiritually fulfilling journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and support to Amharic-speaking clients (phone,
  email, and in person).
• Learn booking systems and internal processes (GDS training provided).
• Handle general travel enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up on quotations and customer requests.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in Amharic (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.
• Basic computer literacy (email, typing, MS Office).

Requirements

• No previous travel industry experience required — full training provided.
• Must be eligible to work full-time In Ireland.
• Passion for travel and service excellence.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
